USER CONDITIONS OF FURKAMOTOR\u00b4S PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

By obtaining the product you agree to be aware of the service repairs conditions. It is not possible to return the bicycles after already riding them, since they are produces specifically according to your order. Nonetheless, you can use our service which is fee-free in some cases (rare defects as a\u00a0result of the production process, which we are continuously getting rid of).<\/p>\n

The valid conditions stated on this website are written in Slovak language. We reserve our right to modify or add up to them. You can ask for the complete version at info@furkamotors.com.<\/p>\n

The furkamotors.com webpage together with FURKAMOTORS products can only be used in the acceptance with law orders of the country where you use the motobicycle or any different product.<\/p>\n

The products meet the legal standardization, homologation and technical norms of European Union, the USA and Canada. The owner takes full and unconditional responsibility for servicing the product and its technical stability by attaching a\u00a0carburettor, riding or any other use of the product. The full version of technical conditions, reclaims, service claims and other claims is delivered in paper form together with the product.<\/p>\n

According to the directives, it is possible to claim a\u00a0free repair of the combustion engine in maximum 30 days from the day of receiving the product. The reclaim service is, however, not applicable to gross mechanical damage.<\/p>\n

PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The personal information security follows the laws of the Slovak Republic and the current regulations of the European Union. We are bound to not spread or share with any third subject the information you provided us with. The information is stored only for an immediate period of time necessary for communication with the customer. The provided information is used exclusively for processing your order or communication. Every information about your order or visiting the page will be deleted 120 days after obtaining it, at the latest (SEE DETAILED GDPR<\/a>)<\/p>\n
